This is what happens when millennials listen to Tavarish.

It was cold as crap yesterday. I’d bet, on a Viper, the tires were just pucks. Do they even make tires in that size they stay pliable down in the teens?

Terrible.

Man I hope the family of the girl presses charges for this. Such a shame.
Probably trying to pull a Zachery Ty Bryan

That’s sad. I’m pretty sure that the poor girl did knew that it isn’t a very good idea to ride in a Viper driven by 21 year old dude.

Millennial Opponaut here. You have a valid point, but I ain’t got no cash in my stash because college, and I’m in the Philippines, where you’re either screwed up or a politician to get an exotic.

Why? It’s not going to bring their daughter back. It’s not like the guy murdered her. I’m sure he’ll be fucked up for the rest of his life over this anyways. Why drag the “justice” system into it?

Someone was killed. In the parents don’t press charges the county probably will. You can’t kill someone and get away with it. Regardless if it was intentional or not

I disagree. I think that intention is the most important factor here. I’m not saying that the driver is not at fault; he is responsible for her death. I just don’t think that you need to punish someone for what is essentially an accident.

Nope. Most aren’t very grippy in temps anywhere under 50.

There’s no such thing as an accident. When it comes to motor vehicles. Especially when the police are saying speed is a factor. Sure he might not have been drunk but he was probably doing something reckless

Well that’s a popular notion about accidents and cars, but isn’t an accident by definition when something happens that wasn’t intended? Obviously in this case the driver was almost certainly doing something reckless, and he is at fault.
I just don’t think that someone should be punished for something that they did not intend to happen. I do not believe in justice. I think that justice is really just a euphemism for revenge. That’s my opinion and I know that a lot of people do not agree with it, but there it is.

Well, you have to have some responsibility along with your rights.
